N89°-58'W between Sections 21 and 28 for one-quarter corner.
Set an iron post 3 ft. long 1 ins. in dia. 26 ins. in the ground, for 1/4 sec. cor. marked
on brass cap, S21 ¼ on N. half and S25 on S. half and raise a mound of stone 2 ft.
base, 1 V2 foot high N. of corner. Pits impracticable

Coruer Record of Paul N. Scherbel dated 19 May 1958, 17 October 1992 and 14
October 2002.
Found:
A 1 ins. black iron pipe 31 ins. long with brass cap inscribed as shown. A mound of
stone in tire casing N and a green steel fence post Wly, 4.0 ft.
Set:
As monument probably will be disturbed by construction of well site for Emigrant
Hollow 31-21, EOG Resources, Inc., set a V2x40 ins. steel reinforcing rod in hole
of original monument having been removed to my office for safe keeping until it
can be reset. Also three 3/8x12 ins. steel spikes with guard stakes as shown.
Removed steel fence post. Relocated mound of stone and tire casing alongside a
orange and white sign post for NE/SW pipeline Nwly, 500 ft. from welc~l point.
