KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, made and entered into on May 15, 2005, between Kenneth
FB Cobbs and Courtney C Cobbs ("Grantors") whose address is PO Box 1748, 144 Swift Creek
Canyon Rd., Afton, WY. 83110 and Star Valley Wellness LLC ("Grantee") whose address is
PO Box 954, Thayne, WY. 83127.
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, in the amount ofTen DOLLARS ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby
acknowledged, Grantor hereby REMISES, RELEASES, AND FOREVER QUITCLAIMS to
Grantee, all right, title, interest and claim to the plot, piece or parcel of land, with all the
buildings, appurtenances and improvements thereon, if any, in the City of Thayne, County of
Lincoln, State of Wyoming described as follows:
A portion of that certain parcel of land referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 3 79PR, Page
643, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the NW1/4SE]/4 of Section
23, T34N, RI I gW, of the 6th. P.M., located in the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Iron Pipe found marking a point in the Easterly line of said parcel, said
point being 879. 67feet East to a Magnetic PK Nail set at a point in the Center Line of the Dana
Street Right-of-Way and 218.44feet S 7degrees 28 '21 "E, along said East line, lO0.86 feet to an
Iron Pipe found; thence S 90degrees W 199. 09feet to an Iron Pipe found marking a point in the
West Line for Village Parkway; thence N Odegrees E, along said West Line, lO0. OO feet to an
Iron Pipe found; thence N 90degrees E 185. 98feet, to the Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT TO all, if any, valid easements, rights of way, covenants, conditions,
reservations and restrictions of record.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the above
described property unto Grantee, Grantee's heirs, successors and/or assigns forever; so that
neither Grantor nor Grantor's heirs, successors and/or assigns shall have claim or demand any
right or title to the property described above, or any of the buildings, appurtenances and
improvements thereon.
