other Good and Valuable Considerations in hand paid, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT TO:
Mitch Titensor and Ellen Titensor
husband and wife as tenants by the entireties
grantees, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1222, Thayne, WY
83127, the following described real estate situate in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State to-wit:
Lot 87 in Star Valley Ranch Plat 16', Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof
SUBJECT, however, to all restrictions, reservations,
easements and rights-of-way of record, of sight or
in use.
