KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that FATHER DANIEL J.
KENNEY, S.J., a single man, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, GRANTOR, for and in consideration
of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto the BUFORD
FOUNDATION, INC., an Idaho Educational Corporation, of P.O. Box 31747, Omaha,
Nebraska 68131, GRANTEE, and its successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in or to the following
described property situated in Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit:
That property described in the Warranty Deed that was recorded in the land
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 129PR at Page 586 on August 16, 1976, as
Instrument No. 482666. A copy of said Warranty Deed is at~ached hereto.
Together 'with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
