I, BRADLEY JAY BRUDERER, being a person legally competent to enter into
contracts, do hereby make, constitute and appoint JOI SUZZETTE BRUDERER as true and
lawful attorney~in-fact for me as hereinafter set forth.

I declare and stipulate that from and after the date of execution hereof, this Power of
Attorney shall be effective without condition or limitation for my attorney-in-fact to sell real
property located in Alton, Wyoming, said real property being that which is located at 1771
Highway 241. My attorney-in-fact is hereby authorized to convey title to said real property on
my behalf, to execute such instruments as are necessary to accomplish said property conveyance,
and to record in official land records this Power of Attorney concurrently with the recording of
