WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that DIRK R. JENSEN and JOAN
JENSEN, husband and wife, of Grover, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as joint tenants with right of
survivorship, having an undivided one-third (1/3) interest in the property described below; Grantors,
for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DIRK R. JENSEN and
JOAN JENSEN, Trustees, or their Successors in Trust under the DIRK R. JENSEN AND JOAN
JENSEN JOINT LIVING TRUST, dated May 1, 2005, Grantees of County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to-wit:
The El/2 of the S1/2 of the N1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 2, Township 32
North, Range 119 West of the 6~h P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States
Patent and to easements and right-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
