KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that DIRK R. JENSEN and JOAN
JENSEN, of Grover, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to DIRK R. JENSEN and JOAN JENSEN, Trustees,
orthe successors in trust, under the DIRK R. JENSEN and JOAN JENSEN JOINT LIVING TRUST,
dated May 1,2005, Grantees of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real
estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point which is 220 feet West from the Northeast Corner
of Lot One (1), Block Thirty (30) in Aflon, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
Townsite, and running thence West 77 feet; thence South 96 feet; thence
East 77 feet; thence North 96 feet to the point of beginning, together with
all water rights and improvements thereto; RESERVING UNTO
KEITH ROBINSON & VERDA ROBINSON, his wife, and THEO
ROBINSON & GRACE ROBINSON, his wife, a perpetual right-of-way
of ingress and egress of twelve (12) feet width running along the East
boundary of the above-described property, as reserved in Warranty Deed
given by KEITH ROBINSON & VERDA ROBINSON, his wife,
and THEO ROBINSON & GRACE ROBINSON, his wife, dated
October 4, 1974, and recorded October 24, 1974, in Book 115PR, Page 395.
