KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MAXINE J.
SANDERSON and WILLIAM DONNIE SANDERSON, Trustees of the WILLIAM
MAX SANDERSON and MAXINE J. SANDERSON JOINT LIVING TRUST, dated
March 17, 1994, grantors of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand
paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto
LEIGH H. PERKINS, a life estate for his life, and grant to LEIGH H. PERKINS, JR., a
vested remainder interest, in fee simple, grantees, of Room 480, 401 Euclid, Cleveland,
Ohio 44114, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Parcel No. 1
A portion of the Sanderson property referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
451PR, on Page 669, within the NE1/4 of Section 4, T35N, R119W, of the 6th.
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
The North 1,608.32 feet of the East 1,760.52 feet of said NE1/4.
