Beginning at a point on the West boundary line of Lot 2, Block
11, Alton Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming that is 19 rods
South of the Northwest Corner of said Lot 2 measured along West
boundary line of said Lot 2, said beginning point being the
Southwest Corner of the Eugene S. Call Property (Warranty Deed
dated August 25, 1978, and recorded September 5, 1978, Book 149
P.R., Page 55, Recording No. 513448) and running thence South
51/2 rods, more or less, along West boundary line of said Block
11 to the North boundary line of the Loran Mallory tract
(Quitclaim Deed dated November 8, 1967 recorded November 28,
1967, Book 81 P.R., Page 53, Recording no. 405138), thence East
along said North boundary line on a line perpendicular to the
