WARRANTY DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that DONNA MARTIN, Administratrix
of the ESTATE OF DEBRA KAE MARTIN, Grantor, whose address is P.O. Box 1044,
Jackson, WY 83001, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Demais P. Wilhelmsen, a single man, as his sole and separate
property, a one-sixth (1/6) undivided interest, and Glen Wilhelmsen, a single man, a one-sixth
(1/6) undivided interest, all as tenants in common, GRANTEES, in and to the following
described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 22 of Southbrook Ranches Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
according to th'at plat filed in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, Lincoln
county, Wyoming, on September 5, 1990 as Plat Nos. 335-1 and 335-2.
Together with an including all oil, gas, and other mineral rights owned by the Grantor,
and all and singular the tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances, and improvements
thereon or thereunto belonging, but subject to taxes, reservations, covenants, conditions,
restrictions, rights-of-way and easements of record.
