KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, M. Ballard Gardner and
Lola Gardner, individually and as Trustees of the Lola Greene Gardner
Trust, dated October 18, 1988, of the County of Lincoln , State of
Uyominq , .,in, :consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these
presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto Russell M. Chadwick, a single person, whose address is
PO Box 1412, Afton, WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in and to the
following described premises to-wit:
