KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, Glayd W. Chadwick, of

sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs, executors
and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Lola Greene
Gardner Trust, dated October 18, 1988, M. Ballard Gardner and Lola
Gardner, trustees, whose address is 444 N. 550 E., Orem, UT 840~J7, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may have or
ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
