Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That, M. Ballard Gardner and
Lola Gardner, individually and as Trustees of the Lola Greene Gardner
Trust, dated October 18, 1988, of the County of ~4 , State of
I~¢-I~ , in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and
valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these
presents do for their heirs,-executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto Mayo W. Call and Elsie C. Call, husband and wife as
tenants by the entireties, whose address is PO Box 893, Afton, WY 83110, all
such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as they may
have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-wit:
Commencing at a point which is N0°0'E, 393 feet from the Southwest Corner of
the NE1/4SEI/4 of Section 30, T32N, RllSW, 6th P.M., Wyoming and running
thence North 300 feet along the West boundary line of said NEI/4SEI/4, thence
N87°42'W, along a line parallel to the South boundary of Lot 4, Block 12, Alton
Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming, 240 feet, more or less, to the East boundary
line of said Lot 4, Block 12, thence in a southerly direction along the East
boundary line of said Lot 4 and said East boundary line, extended, 135 feet,
more or less, to the Northeast Corner of Lot 1, Block 13, of said Afton Townsite,
thence N87°42'W, along the North boundary line of said Lot 1, 330 feet, more or
less, to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, thence southerly, along the West
boundary line of said Lot 1, 11 9/16 rods, more or less, to a point 28 7/16 rods
North of the Southwest corner of Lot 4 of said Block 13 (said point also being on
a North boundary line of the Milford I. Gardner, Alda F. Gardner and Milford B.
Gardner tract), thence S87°42'E along a line parallel to the North boundary line
of said Block 13 (being along the North boundary line of the Gardner property)
580 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
