Ballard Gardner and Lola Gardner, individually and as Trustees of the Lola Greene Gardner Trust, dated October 18, 1988, of the County of ~4 , State of I~¢-I~ , in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for their heirs,-executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim unto Mayo W. Call and Elsie C.
