KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Billy D. Peterson, Trustee of the
Billy Peterson Family Trust dated March 6, 2003, of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in
consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Rebecca Peterson, a
single person, of 3710 27th Place West #304, seattle, WA 98199, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as he has or ought to have, in or to all the
following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
A portion of the Peterson Office/Home property, as referred to in the Deed recorded
in Book 537PR, on Page 433, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 11, T34N, R119W, of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, the meets and bounds being more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the Easterly Right - of - Way line for U.S. Highway 89,
said Point of Beginning, being 588.21 feet S14°59'03"E from the Charles V. King
PE/LS 590, location for the Southwest Corner of the SW1/4 of Section 3, of said
T34N, R119W;
thence N59°01'34"E 52.93 feet;
thence N51 °39'15"E 275.00 feet;
thence S38°20'45"E, perpendicular to last course, 214.77 feet to a Point in the Nodh
line of Lot 5 of the Rocky Point Business Park as shown on Plat No. 2-E, with
Instrument No. 878471;
thence S78°31'04"W, along said North line, 383.05 feet, to a Point in said Easterly
Right - of - Way;
thence N22°07'35"W, along said Easterly Right - of - Way, 27.92 feet to the
beginning of a 1859.86 feet Radius Spiral Curve to the Right;
thence Northwesterly, along said Spiral Curve, through a central angle of 0°01'06",
an arc length of 22.60 feet and a chord of N21°51'21"W 22.59 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, containing 1.00+ Acres of land.
GRANTING and RESERVING: A 60 feet wide Right - of - Way Easement for
ingress and egress and all underground utilities, the Center Line being the North line
of the above described property.
GRANTING AND RESERVING: An Irrigation Access Easement, being the South 10
feet of the East 25 feet of the above described property.

The above-described easements are for the benefit of the real estate conveyed and
reserved and are perpetual, non-exclusive, private and shall benefit and run with the
land, are binding on and inure to the benefit of the grantor and grantee herein and
their respective heirs, successor and assigns, and include the rights to inspect,
improve and maintain such easements and rights of ingress and egress for the
purposes set forth above.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations,
Restrictions, Rights-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Billy D. Peterson, Trustee of the Billy Peterson Family Trust
dated March 6, 2003, has hereunto set his hand as of the 7th day of June, 2005.

personally known, who, being by me duly sworn and put upon his oath, did say that he is the
trustee of the Billy Peterson Family Trust dated March 6, 2003, described in and which executed
the foregoing instrument; that said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said trust; that
said trustee had the authority under the terms of the written trust instrument to execute the
instrument on behalf of the trust; and said trustee acknowledged said instrument to be the free act
and deed of said trust.
