does release and forever quitclaim a undivided one-half interest unto HSIt Management, LLC,
an Idaho limited liability company, whose address is 3737 14th Street E, Lewiston, 1I) 83501,
hereinafter, "Grantee", and to its heirs and assigns, all fight, title and interest which Grantor now
has or may hereafter acquire in the following described real property situated in Lincoln &
Sublette County, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
1202 - 999 - Green River Bend Frontier PA C
Participating Area C (Second Revision) for the Frontier Formation
of the Green River Bend Unit as approved by the United States
Geological Survey, effective as of May 1, 1962, and containing
1,121.62 acres of land.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all singular the said premises,
appurtenances, unto Grantee, and to its heirs and assigns forever.
