QUITCLAIM DEED
Brad Morehouse, a married man as his sole and separate property, GRANTOR, of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, conveys and
quitclaims to BarrMore LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, GRANTEE, whose address
is P.O. Box 1662, Afton, WY 83110, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
That part of the E½NE¼ and that part of the NE¼SE¼ of Section 36, T32N,
R119W, within the Incorporated Limits of the Town of Alton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 432PR on page 150 and in Book 18 of Deeds on page
298, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the west line of said E½NE¼, S 00013'35'' E,
1337.84 feet from the northwest comer of said E½NE¼;
Thence N 88058'39" E, 639.32 feet, along the westerly extension of the south line
of that tract of record in said Office in Book 27PR on page 82, to the
southwest bathey of said tract;
Thence continuing~ N 88o58'39" E, 208.70 feet, along the south line of said tract,
to the southeast bathey thereof, on the westerly line of said Airport
Addition;
Thence S 01°05'00'' E, 2116.72 feet along said westerly line, to the southeast
point of said tract in Book 432;
Thence, S 89014'35" W, 879.45 feet, along the south line of said tract, to a point
on the west line of said NE¼SE¼;
Thence N 00014'23" W, 810.11 feet, along said west line, to the northwest comer
of said NE¼SE¼;
Thence N 00013'35" W, 1302.73 feet, along the west line of said E½NE¼, to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
