receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, convey and warrant to BART R. WILKES

in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to wit:

RI19W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the incorporated
limits of the Town of Afton and being part of that
tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 172 of Photo Static Records on Page 469,
as more particularly described on Exhibit A attached and
incorporated herein by this reference.
SUBJECT TO all easements, exceptions, restrictions,
reservations and rights of way of sight or record.

T32N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
within the incorporated limits of the Town
of Afton and being part of that tract of record
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County
in Book 172 of Photo static Records on page 469,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west right-of-way
line of State Highway 89 identical with an .
intersection with the south line of Nield
Avenue S77o -18.6'W, 159.77 feet from the
northeast corner of said Section 36 as
described in the Certified Land Corner
Recordation Certificate of record in said
office;
thence S01o-02.9'E, 150.00 feet along the
said west right-of-way line within the Town
of Afton to a point; thence S89o-15.77W, 162.68
feet to a point; thence N01o-38.4'E, 150.02
feet to a point on the south line of said
Nield Avenue;
thence N89o-13.3'E, 142.98 feet along said
south line of said Nield Avenue to a 3/8"x
12" steel spike identical with the inter-
section of the said south line with the west
