Box 219, Alton, Wyoming 83110, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed unto JAMES JON CLARK and DEANNA L. CLARK, P.O. Box 5083, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as it may have or ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in Etna, Lincoln County, Wyoming, to wit: DESCRIPTION: CLARK 485-830 ADJUSTED 05 The J Clark property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 485PR, on Page 830, a portion of the School District No. 19 property, as referred to in the Deeds recorded in Book 11PR, on Pages 404, 405 and 407, a portion of the Kramer property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 551PR, on Page 018, a portion of the D Clark property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 194PR, on Page 235 and the Marshall property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 377PR, on Page 603, all with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 11, T35N, R119W, of the 6tn P.M.,' Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at an Aluminum Cap on Iron marking a Point in the East line of the Lincoln County property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 17D, on Page 160, with said Office, said Point also being the Southwest corner of the Knight property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 330PR, on Page 658, with said Office, said Point of Beginning, being 56.50 feet S76°30'01"E from the Cotton Gin Spike marking the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2000 location for the Northwest Corner of the SW1/4SW1/4 of said Section 11; thence S88°55'1 I"E, along the South line of said Knight property, 154.60 feet to an Iron Pipe marking the Southeast comer of said Knight property; thence Nl°39'12"E, along the East line of said Knight property, 127.22 feet to an Iron Pipe marking a Point in an existing East-West fence; thence S89°22'09"E, along said fence, 338.44 feet to an Aluminum Cap on rebar marking the North end of an existing North-South fence; thence S 1 °48'34"W, along said fence, 115.62 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Rebar marking a Point in the North line of said SW1/4SW1/4; thence S89°08'25"E, along said North line, 5.80 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Rebar marking the Northerly prolongation of an existing North-South fence; thence S1°27'27"W, to and along said fence, 169.45 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking the East end of an existing East-West fence; thence N88°40'46"W, along said fence, 497.09 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a Point in said East line; thence N0°55'01"E, along said East line, 153.08 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 2.76+ Acres of land.
