Lancaster Parcel E-2-Quit Claim" dated 15 June 1998.
LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Warranty Deed recorded May 7, 1986 in Book
238 PR on page 223 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
FURTHER EXCEPTiNG AND RESERVING unto the Grantor herein, and to Grantor's
successors and assigns, a right of way 30 feet in width over and across that portion of land
which lies adjacent to, easterly of, and parallels the southwesterly fence line which is
described in the second parcel of land conveyed herein as running N08°_22, -37"W,
138.59 feet, to a point at a fence comer.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
