GARNER AND LISA M. GARNER, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, whose address is 825 Papworth Lane, Alton, WY 83110 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, state of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 8 of Country Vista Subdivision, Phase 2, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official Plat No. 101-C filed January 7, 2004 as Instrument No. 896472 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
