KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of, November
3, 2004 and executed by Rex K. Radford and Linda P. Radford, husband and wife and Lyal E.
Radford and Virginia A. Radford, husband and wife, a mortgage cOnveying a lien on certain real
estate therein described as security for the payment of $162,960.00, which mortgage was recorded in
the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the 19th day of November, 2004 in Book 573PR of Mortgages, at Page 187-194 as
document number 904724 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to~
wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ]O~'Xday of

Directors, and said Vice President acknowledged said instrument to be the free act and deed of said
corporation.
