Bfog, of 1320 E. 2300 N., North Logan, UTAH (84341), do hereby remise, release, and quitclaim my undivided ½, or 50%, ownership, in said property as described in Exhibit 'B', unto Joan N. Bfog and Roy Alvin Bfog Co-Trustees of THE JOAN N. Parcel No. 2 The Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter (SW¼NE¼), and the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter (SE¼NW¼) of section 7, Township 32 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., together with improvements and water rights, including also the shares of stock in the North Canal Company, appertaining and belonging to the said land, containing 80 acres of land, more or less.
