FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the
undersigned, Joan N. Bfog, of 1320 E. 2300 N., North Logan, UTAH (84341), do hereby remise,
release, and quitclaim my undivided ½, or 50%, ownership, in said property as described in
Exhibit 'B', unto Joan N. Bfog and Roy Alvin Bfog Co-Trustees of THE JOAN N. BROG
TRUST, dated the ,2~--J-~ day of ,.T'u.,~e_ ., 2005, of 1320 E. 200 N., North Logan,
UTAH (84341), all right, title and interest of GRANTOR in and to the following described
premises in Grover, County of Lincoln, WYOMING, to wit:

Description of Property
In Grover, County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming:
Parcel No. 1
Beginning at a point which is 26-2/3 rods South from the Northwest Corner of Section 7,
Township 32 North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., and running thence south 21-2/3 rods;
thence East 7 rods; thence south 5-1/2 rods; thence East 113 rods; thence North 26-2/3 rods;
thence West 120 rods, to the place of beginning containing 20 acres of land, more or less.
Parcel No. 2
The Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter (SW¼NE¼), and the Southeast quarter of the
Northwest quarter (SE¼NW¼) of section 7, Township 32 North, Range 118 West of the 6th
P.M., together with improvements and water rights, including also the shares of stock in the
North Canal Company, appertaining and belonging to the said land, containing 80 acres of land,
more or less.
ALSO, a strip of land two (2) rods wide and eighty (80) rods long, along the South edge of the
Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter (SW¼NW¼) of said Section 7 in Township 32
North, Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., containing 1 acre of land, more or less, subject however
to a reservation by a previous grantor, of an easement right to travel upon and over the same, as
need or emergency may require, with such vehicle or farm equipment as may be useful and
necessary to the adjacent land owner. ALSO, all water, water rights, and interests whatsoever in
Guernsey Spring No. 3 which is now piped onto the above premises, and all the rights secured to
said lands by water Certificated recorded in Lincoln County records, Certificates of
Appropriation, Page 584.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and appurtenances thereon situate
or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record or in use and apparent from the examination
of the real property on the date of this instrument.
Both Parcel No. 1 and Parcel No. 2, together, contain 101 acres of land, more or less.
