I hereby acknowledge that the property known as 1790 County Road
115 ( legal description Prater Canyon Estate, Unit 4, Lot 10, Sec. 25,
T. 35 N., R. 119 W., 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming ) with all
improvements thereon, was deeded to me by its previous owner, my mother
Delpha D. Byrd, on October 12, 2002, by means of a Quit Claim Deed, duly
signed and notarized. Said Quit Clam Deed is recorded in Book 502, Page
013, No. 884822, Lincoln County Courthouse, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
I hereby acknowledge that my nephew James Marshall Hannum and
his wife Glenna Sue McGee Hannum own one-half of the aforesaid
property. James Marshall Hannum and his wife Glenna are to live in and
own the large two~story house on this property which was the dwelling of
my mother Delpha D. Byrd up to the time of her death, and I am to continue
living in and owning the smaller cottage in which I presently live on this
property.
James Marshall Hannum and Glenna Hannum and I mutually agree
that we share the property taxes, Star Valley Ranch assessments, and
insurance for the above described real property. Upon my death, in
accordance with the provisions of my Last Will and Testament, the entire
above-described real property becomes the possession of James Marshall
Hannum and his wife Glenna Sue Hannum.
