WARRANTY DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ANDREW C. HEKKING and
SHARON HEKKING, as joint tenants, 1612 East 9800 South, Sandy, Utah 84092,
GRANTORS, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to
PHILLIP W. BARBRE and GAYE L. BARBRE, TRUSTEES of the Phillip W. Barbre and
Gaye L. Barbre Family Trust u/a/d May 4, 1989, P.O. Box 1790, Pahrump, Nevada 89041,
GRANTEES, and their successors and assigns, the following described real estate situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving 'any and all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
LOT 279 of Star Valley Ranch RV Park Plat 1, as platted and recorded in the
official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
RESERVING THEREFROM all rights, title, and interest in and to any and all
mineral rights appertaining thereto.
SUBJECT TO all declarations of covenants, conditions, and restrictions of
record.
WITNESS our hands this 13th day of June, 2005.
