County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows:
Begim~ing at a large spike marking a point in the Section line dividing Section 7 and 18
in said Township, said point being S 89015'37'' W, 446.77 feet from the quarter corner
on said dividing line;
thence running N 89° 15'37" E, 111.62 feet to a spike set in the Westerly line of
Highway U.S. 89 (State Project SCP 7033 FAP Route 10-3) 150 feet
wide;
thence Southerly along the arc of a curve concave to the left, having a radius of
3894.72 feet, through a central angle of 5003'24'' an arc distance of
343.73 feet to an iron pipe set;
thence leaving said highway and running West 148.90 feet to an iron pipe;
thence North 340.16 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
