BREWER AND LIA H. BREWER, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, whose address is 1328 Sorensen Drive, Kemmerer, WY 83101 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 3 of Block 1 of Lincoln Heights 2nd Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
