Mortgagee under the Mortgage executed by CHANCY D. GUTHIRE, an unmarried
man and SHELBY L. MOOMEY, an unmarried woman,, dated August 8, 2004,
recorded as Instrument No. 901992 Book 565 Pr Page 55, records of LINCOLN
County, Wyoming, which note was assigned to THE BANK OF COMMERCE,
TRUSTEE of the WENDY K. NELSON IRA by Instrument No. 903415, Book 569,
Page 158, given to secure the payment of promissory note for the sum of $17,150.00
and interest, has ENDORSED said note and does hereby ASSIGN AND TRANSFER
to SALT RIVER HOMES, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company all its
right, title and interest in said note and all rights accrued or to accrue under said
Mortgage.
