That Jay Nilson has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents does make, constituted and appoint
Rae Lynn Nilson, true and lawful attoruey for him and in his name, place and stead to sell, convey realty and to
execute, acknowledge deeds of real property and other instruments relating to realty and I hereby give my said
attorney full power to do everything whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in said transaction pertaining
to the purchase of the following described property:
Lot 28 of Rees Subdivision as shown by the official plat thereof recorded September 1, 1955 in the Office of the
Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being part of the North half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2SEI/4) of
section 20, Township 37 North, Range 118 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian.
Giving and granting unto said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing
whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes, as
he might or could do if personally present with full power and substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney on my substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof
