thence N 89°07'31" E, 1351.81 feet to a spike on the East line of said SEaANEaA;
thence S 00011'28.. E, 60.00 feet, along said East line, to a spike;
thence S 89°07'35" W, 1120.00 feet, to a point;
thence S 00'11'28" E, 80.00 feet, to a point on the South line of said tract in Book
83PR;
thence S 89°07'35" W, 233.13 feet, along said South line, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
