QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that DALE CLARK, a married
man as his sole and separate property, P.O. Box 5026, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTOR, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed
unto VINCENT A. KRAMER and CAROL A. KRAMER, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, P.O. Box 5281, Etna, Wyoming 83118, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns
forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as he may have or
ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in Etna, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
See attached property description entitled "DESCRIPTION FOR / VINCENT A.
KRAMER AND CAROL A. KRAMER / KRAMER TRACT", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon. Subject to
reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and to easements and
rights of way of record or in use.
