KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that JAMES JON CLARK and
DEANNA L. CLARK, P.O. Box 5083, Etna, Wyoming 83118, 6RANTORS, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released, and forever
quitclaimed unto VINCENT A. KRAMER and CAROL A. KRAMER, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, P.O. Box 5281, Etna, Wyoming 83118, 6RANTEES, and their heirs
and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest property, possession, claim and demand, as they
may have or ought to have, in or to the following described property situated in Etna, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to wit:
See attached property description entitled "DESCRIPTION FOR / VINCENT A.
KRAMER AND CAROL A. KRAMER / KRAMER TRACT", attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights of way of record or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said NW¼SW¼, S89°-58'_41"W, 308.32
feet, fi'om the southeast corner of said NW¼SW¼;
thence S89°-58'-41"W, 467.37 feet, along said south line, to a point;
thence continuing S89°-58'-41"W, 5.54 feet, along said south line, to a pipe;
thence N00°~53'-34"E, 115.16 feet, to a point, on an existing fence line;
thence N89°-56'-07"E, 67.54 feet, along said existing fence line, to a point at an existing
fence comer;
