QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that RAMON AND LANNA WARREN
FAMILY TRUST, dated 25 October 2000, Grantor, of Lincoln County, Wyoming, for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS
AND QUITCLAIMS to LINCOLN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO 2, Grantees, whose
address is PO Box 219, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following described real estate,
situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
As more fully described on Exhibit "A" and Exhibit "B" and by this
reference made a part hereof.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and
all other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
