KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the TOWN OF AFTON,
GRANTOR, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed
unto the said JOEL NEUENSCHWANDER, grantee, his heirs and assigns forever, all
such fight, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as it may have or ought
to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to
wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights, Rights-of-Way, and Improvement of sight and or record.

R119W, within the Incorporated Tracts of the Town of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being part of those tracts of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 65
of Photostatic Records on page 134 and in Book 422 of Photostatic Records on page 60,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point at a fence comer on the east line of said E½NW¼SE¼, N00°-14'-
5 I"W, 44.00 feet from the southeast comer of said E½NW¼SE¼;
thence N88°-30'-38"W, 463.08 feet, along an existing' fence line, to a point at a fence
corner;
thence N00°-08'-02"W, 948.01 feet, along an existing fence line, to a point;
thence N88°-47'-24"W, 200.40 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point on the
west line of said E½NW¼SE¼;
thence N00°-14'-35"W, 303.56 feet, along said west line, to the northwest corner of said
E½NW¼SE¼;
thence N00°- 13'-27"W, 1316.60 feet, along the west line of said E½SW¼NE¼, to a point at
a fence comer;
thence S89°-35'-28"E, 661.29 feet, along an existing fence line, in part, to a point on the
east line of said E½SW¼NE¼, identical to the southwest point of Lot 203 of the Ben Nield
Second Addition to the Town of Alton of record on Plat 307-B in said Office;
thence S00°-13'-35"E, 1302.73 feet, along said east line, to the southeast corner of said
E½SW¼NE¼;
thence S00°-14'-51"E, 1277.00 feet, along the east line of said E½NW¼SE¼, to the POINT
OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 34.73 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the W½NE¼ of Section 36, T32N,
R119W, being N00°-13'-35"W;
SUBJECT to easements of record;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "JOEL NEUENSCHWANDER AND THE TOWN OF AFTON PLAT OF
