KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that JOEL
NEUENSCHWANDER, GRANTOR, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for
and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in
hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases and forever
quits claim unto the said TOWN OF AFTON, grantee, all such fight, title, interest,
property, possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all fights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, ExceptiOns, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights, Rights-of-Way, and Improvement of sight and or record.

of the Town of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those tracts of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 22 of Deeds on page 21, in Book 65 of
Photostatic Records on page 134 and in Book 422 of Photostatic Records on page 60,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast comer of said E½NW¼SE¼;
thence S89°-14'-13"W, 661.43 feet, along the south line of said E½NW¼SE¼, to the
southwest comer of said E½NW¼SE¼;
thence N00°-14'-35"W, 1017.09 feet, along the west line of said E½NW¼SE¼ to a point;
thence S88°-47'-24"E, 200.40 feet, along an existing fence line, in part;
thence S00°-08'-02"E, 948.01 feet, along a fence line, to a point;
thence S88°-30'-38"E, 463.08 feet, along a fence line, to a point at a fence comer, on the
east line of said E½NW¼SE¼;
thence S00°-14'-51"E, 44.00 feet, along said east line, to the CORNER OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 5.20 acres, more or less;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the east line of the W½NE¼ of Section 36, T32N,
R119W, being N00°-13'-35"W;
SUBJECT to easements of record;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "JOEL NEUENSCHWANDER AND THE TOWN OF AFTON PLAT OF
BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT IN THE INCORPORATED LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF
