HomeMy WebLinkAbout909307QUIT CLAIM DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that JOEL NEUENSCHWANDER, GRANTOR, of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby remises, releases and forever quits claim unto the said TOWN OF AFTON, grantee, all such fight, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand, as he may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving all fights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit: SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, ExceptiOns, Restrictions, Reservations, Rights, Rights-of-Way, and Improvement of sight and or record.
