HomeMy WebLinkAbout909365 RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE (BY CORPORATION) KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the Jackson State Bank & Trust, a corporation, of the County of Teton, and State of Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing date the 13a day of July, 2004, made and executed by Nora C. Shaw and Chadwin E. Shaw, wife and husband, as mortgagor, to The Jackson State Bank & Trust, as Mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $21,650.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 15'~ day of July, 2004, in Book 562 of Mortgages, at page 104-108, and mortgaging the following described real estate in said County, to-wit: "ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE" Document #: 901088 RECEIVED 612012005at 1 1:27 AM RECEIVING # 909365 BOOK: 588 PAGE: 713 JEANNE WAGNER LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, KEMMERER, WY is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
