KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that LARRY B. JENKINS and SHIRLEY
JENKINS, husband and wife, grantors of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, for and in consideration of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, have hereby remised, released and forever quit claimed unto the said JEFFERY JENKINS and
JANELLE JENKINS, of Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties,
grantees, their heirs and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand,
as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the following described property, hereby releasing and waiving
all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
See Attached Exhibit A.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Reservations,
Restrictions, Right-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.

property as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 339PR,
on Page 135, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within GLO Lot 1, and the NW1/4NE1/4 of
Section 33, T35N, Rll9W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the'metes and bounds being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Jenkins property,
being a Point in the South line of Section 28, of said
T35N, RllgW, said point being 330.00 feet, S89°00,46,,E,
along said South line, from the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698
1982 location for the Southwest Corner of said Section 28;
thence S89°00'46"E, continuing along said South line, 60.00
feet; thence S0°39'38"W, parallel with the West line of
said GLO Lot 370.60 feet;
thence S89°11'35"E 218.91 feet;
thence S16°27'08"E 10.05 feet to a Point in the South line
of said Jenkins property;
thence N89°00'46"W, along said South line, parallel with
said South line of said Section 28, 281.87 feet to the
Southwest corner thereof;
thence N0°39'38"E, along the West line of said Jenkins
property, parallel with the West line of said GLO Lot 1,
379.50 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.57±
Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: The 33 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement for
Wyoming State Highway 239, being the North 33 feet of the
above described property.
