GRANT OF EASEMENT
Allen C. Turner and Marie E. Turner, whose address is 1222 Downey Street, Laramie,
Wyoming 82072 (hereinafter called "Grantor"), for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, convey without warranty to Glenn H. Bergman
and Carlena E. Bergman, whose address is 2775 Snow Mountain Drive, Sandy, Utah 84093
(hereinafter called "Grantee"), the following-described real estate situate in Lincoln County,
Wyoming:
See Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
The easement granted by this deed is for the benefit of and is appurtenant to that real
property, or anyportion thereof, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows:
See Exhibit "B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
To have and to hold the easement hereby granted unto the Grantee, their family members,
heirs, successors and assigns, as appurtenant to the land of the Grantee described in Exhibit "B."
This grant of easement shall replace and, by their signatures below, Grantee agrees to
relinquish the easement conveyed to and/or reserved by Grantee in the Boundary Clarification,
Adjustment and Quitclaim Deeds dated May 5, 2005 and recorded with the Lincoln County Clerk
at Book 565 Pages 381 through 386 Receiving #908435 more particularly described as:
"GRANTiNG and RESURVING THEREFROM: A 20 feet wide
Right-of-Way Easement, for Ingress, and Egress to the B.L.M. land,
located East of the above described property, being the South 20 feet
of said S1/2 of the SW1/4NWl/4 of said Section 11"
Grantee retains any and all other easements set forth in the Boundary Clarification,
Adjustment and Quitclaim Deeds dated May 5, 2005 and recorded with the Lincoln County Clerk
at Book 565 Pages 381 through 386 Receiving #908435.

A portion the Bergman property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
300PR, on Page 390, and a portion of the Turner property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded in Book 259PR, on Page 7, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the S1/2 of the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 10, T33N,
R118W, of the 6"' P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1999 location for the
Southeast Corner of the SW1/4NE1/4 of said Section 10;
thence N0°41'31"E, along the East line of said SW1/4NE1/4,496.66 feet;
