Glenn H. Bergman and Carlena E. Bergrnan, whose address is 2775 Snow Mountain Drive,
Sandy, Utah 84093 (hereinafter called "Grantor"), for and in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, convey without warrantyto Allen C. Turner
and Marie E. Turner, whose address is 1222 Downey Street, Laramie, Wyoming 82072 (hereinafter
called "Grantee"), the following-described real estate situate in Lincoln County, Wyoming:
A 20 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, being the East 20 feet of the
Bergman 300-330 Parcel 2 Adjusted property described and recorded
with the Lincoln County Clerk at Book 565 Page 386, for Ingress, and
Egress, to a 20 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, for Ingress, and
Egress to the B.L.M. land, located East of the property described
below, being the South 20 feet of said S1/2 of the SW1/4NW1/4 of
said Section t 1.
The easement granted by this deed is for the benefit of and is appurtenant to that real
property, or anyportion thereof, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, described as follows:
A portion of the Turner 259-7 Adjusted property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded in Book 585PR, on Page 381, with the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the S1/2 of the
SE1/4NE1/4 of Section i0, and the S1/2 of the SW1/4NW1/4 of
Section 11, all in T33N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2005 location for the
Southwest Corner of the N1/2 of the SE1/4NE1/4 of said Section 10;
thence S89°47'28"E, along the South line of said N1/2 of the
SE1/4NE1/4, 1,324.29 feet to the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2005
location for the Northwest Corner of said S 1/2 of the SW 1/4NW 1/4;
thence S0°49'41"W, along the West line of said S1/2 of the
SW1/4NWl/4, 164.06 feet to a Point in the North line of the
Bergman property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
585PR, on Page 381, with said Office;
thence N89°49'55"W, along the North line of said Bergman property,
1,323.91 feet to a Point in the East line of the SW1/4NE1/4 of said
Section 10;
thence N0°41'31"E, along said East line, 165.00 feet, to the Point of
Beginning, containing 5.00+ Acres of land.
To have and to hold the easement hereby granted unto the Grantee, their family members,
heirs, successors and assigns, as appurtenant to the land of the Grantee described in Exhibit "B."
This grant of easement shall replace and, by their signatures below, Grantee agrees to
relinquish the easement conveyed to and/or reserved by Grantee in the Boundary Clarification,

Adjustment and Quitclaim Deeds dated May 5, 2005 and recorded with the Lincoln County Clerk
at Book 565 Pages 381 through 386 Receiving #908435 more particularly described as:
"GRANTING and RESURVING THEREFROM: A 20 feet wide
Right-of-Way Easement, for Ingress, and Egress to the B.L.M. land,
located East of the above described property, being the East 20 feet
the above described property."
Grantee retains any and all other easements set forth in the Boundary Clarification,
Adjustment and Quitclaim Deeds dated May 5, 2005 and recorded with the Lincoln County Clerk
at Book 565 Pages 381 through 386 Receiving #908435.
