Turner, husband and wife, Grantors, whose address is1222 Downey Street, Laramie, Wyoming 82072, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever and without recourse to the Grantor, or Grantor's successors and assigns, to Marie E. Turner, Grantee, whose address is 1222 Downey Street, Laramie, Wyoming 82072 all of Grantors' right, title and interest, if any, in and to that certain parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows: See attached Exhibit A Subject, however to all existing interests, including but not limited to encumbrances, reservations, restrictions, and fights-of-way of record or otherwise. '"'o Description: Turner Family Exemption A portion of the Turner 259-7 Adjusted property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 585PR, on Page 381, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the S1/2 of the SE1/4NE1/4 of Section 10, and the S1/2 of the SW1/4NW1/4 of Section 11, all in T33N, R118W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2005 location for the Southwest Corner of the N1/2 of the SE1/4NE1/4 of said Section 10; thence S89°47'28"E, along the South line of said N1/2 of the SE1/4NE1/4, 1,324.29 feet to the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2005 location for the Northwest Corner of said S1/2 of the SW1/4NW1/4; thence S0°49'41"W, along the West line of said S1/2 of the SW1/4NW1/4, 164.06 feet to a Point in the North line of the Bergman property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 585PR, on Page 381, with said Office; thence N89°49'55"W, along the North line of said Bergman property, 1,323.91 feet to a Point in the East line of the SW1/4NE1/4 of said Section 10; thence N0°41'31"E, along said East line, 165.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.00+ Acres of land.
