That the undersigned, John E. Douville and Elizabeth G. (Bass) Douville, husband a~d wife, as rentals

Grantor agree~ that all poles, wires and other facilities, installed on or under the described lands
remain the property of the Gnmt~o removable in thc sole dis~etien of the Grantee at the Grantee's exl~m e.
The rights, e~ndifions and provisiorm ofth~ ea~craent shall mute to the benefit of and be binding upon
parties, lhe4r heir~, exeeutm's, administratol~, ~ucc¢~ors and assigns. Grantor r~tll compemmte Grantee tbr
any damages to Grantee's facilities calmed by Cwantor, including payment of Grantee's atUymey fees ff
action is undertaken by Grantee to enforce thc commilments dcsen'bed in ~ easement. Gnmtor r~erves
the right to improve, occupy and u~e thi~ easement for all purposes not ineon~i~temt with the easement gr~t.
E~:h party shall have th~ remedy of ~pecifi¢ performance regarding this easement. The rights ltd
obligafiom de~m-ibed in this easement troll run with the land. This easement is not ex~lmivc, ~nd
retains all rights not spe~ilically granted by tlxis easement. This i.~ the entire agreement of the parties

the parties. Orantor hereby releases and w~ives all rights by virtue of the Ho~ Exemption Laws of
