grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does CONVEY
AND WARRANT to:
Lillie Treuter and Leland Johnson as Joint Tenants
grantee, whose mailing address is 411 N. 6th St. # 1207, Emery, SD 57332-1207 the following
described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-
wit:
Lot 297 of STAR VALLEY RANCH RV PARK PLAT ONE
as platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
SUBJECT, however, to all restriCtions, reservations, easements and rights-of-way
of record or in use.
