Tony Lorenzo and Crissy Lorenzo, husband and wife, mortgagors,
to secure the payment of Nineteen Thousand Dollars ($19,000.00)
due with interest, payable as evidenced by a Promissory Note
of even date herewith, do hereby mortgage to Carolyn L. Ryan
Revocable Trust dated November 11, 1993, Carolyn L. Ryan,
Trustee, mortgagee, the following described real estate, situated
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Star Valley Ranch Plat Eighteen (18) Lot One Hundred Thirty-
Five (135) as platted and recorded in the official records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming
The mortgagors agree to pay the indebtedness hereby secured,
and to pay all taxes and assessments on said premises during
the life of the mortgage, in favor of and payable to said
mortgagee and in case the mortgagors fail to pay such, the
mortgagees shall pay said taxes and assessments, and all sums
paid shall be added to and become part of the same rate.
In case default shall be made in the payment of the above sum
hereby secured, or payment of the interest thereon, when the
same shall become due and payable then the whole indebtedness
with interest shall become due and payable, and the mortgagee
may proceed, pursuant to law, to foreclose on and sell said
property.'
Hereby relinquishing and waiving all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead laws of said state.
