HARMON LIVING TRUST dated May 25, 1995 grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO TODD HONADEL AND SHAUNA HONADEL, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A parcel of land located in the NW¼NW¼ of Section 31, T32N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming; and, also being part of the Hastings Annexation to the Town of Afton, and being previously described in Book 102PR on page 239 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office and corrected to wit: BEGINNING at a Brass cap at the Southeast corner of the Hastings Annexation; thence S 89059'45" W, 510.73 feet along the North boundary of the Fairgrounds Annexation to the Southwest corner of said Hastings Annexation and, also being the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 1°58'20'' W, 150.5 feet; thence S 89026'49" E, 115.5 feet; thence S 1°53'21" E,~ 149.38 feet to a point on the north fairgrounds boundary; thence S 89059'45'' W, 115.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. WITNESS our hands this day of June, 2005.
