a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Wyoming
and having its principal place of business in the County of Lincoln, the Grantor,
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid by

The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever
quitclailned and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto the said

heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as it have
or ought to have in or to all the following described premises, to-wit:
