KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that BARR McCUTCHEON
and PATRICE McCUTCHEON, husband and wife, grantors of County of Lincoln, and
State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have
hereby remised, released and forever quitclaimed unto the said BARRMORE, LLC, a
Wyoming Limited Liability Company, whose address is P. O. Box 1780, Afton, Wyoming
83110, grantee, its heirs assigns forever, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described property, to-wit:
That part of Section 36, T32N R119W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlow
A. Scherbel labeled "Description for Joel Neuenschwander,
Neuenschwander Ranch Tract" dated 21 February,. 2002.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective
covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record,
in sight, or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
