to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto

Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties
whose address is P.O. Box 1656, Afton, WY 83110 heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title,
interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to
all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Section 7, T31N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming described on
Exhibit A prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates labeled "Jones 486-326 Adjusted".
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.

Book 486PR, on Page 326, and a portion of the Henderson
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 352-
450, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, within the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 7, T31N, RllSW,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and
bounds being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Lloyd B. Baker PE/LS 698, 2004 location
for the Southeast Corner of the NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 12 of
T31N, Rll9W, of said 6th P.M;
thence N0°40'54"E, along the East line of said NE1/4NE1/4,
206.50 feet;
thence S83°01'00"E 144.69 feet;
thence S0°08'25"W 88.88 feet;
thence S83°59'34"E 122.71 feet;
thence S0°22'59"E 87.83 feet to a Point in the North line
of the S1/2NW1/4 of said Section 7;
thence N89°51'33"W, along said North line, 268.47 feet,
to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.92± Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: A 40 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the
West line of the above described property, for Wyoming
