WARRANTY DEED
JOHN FORREST HARRISON, a single person, Grantor, of the County of
Sweetwater, State of Wyoming, for the consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEYS and
WARRANTS to IRWIN RICHARDSON and CINDY RICHARDSON, husband and
wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose mailing address
is P.O. Box 318, Diamondville, Wyoming 83116, the following
described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, in the
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to-wit:
LOT 61 OF COMMISSARY RANCH, UNIT C-I, LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING AS DESCRIBED ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF,
TOGETHER WITH ALL IMPROVEMENTS SITUATE THEREON, AND ALL
RIGHTS AND EASEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO; SUBJECT,
HOWEVER, TO ALL EASEMENTS, EXCEPTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF
SIGHT OR OF RECORD.
