QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOWN ALL MEN THESE PRESENTS, That
ROBERT C. KINN
a Married Person
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming
in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration
to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released,
convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators,
remise, release and forever quitclaim unto
ROBERT C. KINN AND ANGELA C. BROGIE-KINN
Husband and Wife as Tenantes by the Entireties

all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have in or to
all the following described premises, to-wit:
That part of Lot 4 of Block 17 of the Original Townsite of Alton, Lincoln County, Wyoming
being a part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 114PR
on page 425 and including that tract of record in said Office in Book 160PR on page 331
described as follows:
COMMENCING at a Ivan L. Call, Registered Land Surveyor No. 274 Mueller water cap with
brass hexagon bolt at the approximate intersection of Adams Street and Fourth Avenue and
running thence N 01 °45'56" E, 214.50 feet within the right-of-way of said Adams Street to a PK
nail;
thence N 87o58.0' W, 49.50 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING on the
east line of said Lot 4;
thence continuing N 87°58.0 W, 221.54 feet, more or less, along the north line of those
tracts of record in said Office in Book 90PR on page 407, Book 138PR on page
306, Book 145PR on page 185, and Book H of transcribed Uinta County Records
on page 609 to a point;
thence N 01°25.0 E, 162.56 feet along an existing fence line to a point;
thence S 88°20.2 E, 122.34 feet along the south line of those tracts of record in the said
Office in Book 175PR on page 440 and in Book 102PR on page 541 to a point;
thence S 01 °31.5' W, 84.39 feet along the west line of that tract of record in said Office
Book 57PR on page 499 identical with an existing fence line to a point;
thence S 88°56.1' E, 99.84 feet, more or less, along the south line of said tract of record
in Book 57PR identical with an existing fence to an intersection point on the said
west line of Lot 4;
thence S 01o45'56'. W, 80.64 feet along said identical line to the POINT Of
BEGINNING.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
