I, WENDELL T. O'KEEFE, a/k/a Wendell O'Keefe, being of lawful age
and duly sworn according to law, upon oath depose and say:
1. That CLARA O'KEEFE was my spouse until the time of her death on
January 15, 1999.
2. That by the a Warranty Deed recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's office on
May 10, 1990, in Book 285PR, Page 366, and a Warranty Deed, recorded on February
10, 1995, in Book 364PR, Page 694, we were tenants by the entireties in the property
respectively described as follows:
NO.1
COMMENCING at a point (36) (41) rods West from the NE Comer of the
S1/2 of the NE1/4 of Section 12, T31N, R119W, and running thence South 11
and 21/33 rods; thence East 36 rods; thence South 20 rods; thence meandering
in a Northwesterly direction 40 rods; thence South 65 rods; thence West 124
rods; thence North 120 rods; thence East 80 rods; thence South 40 rods;
thence East 44 rods, to the Place of Beginning, also:
BEGINNING at a point which is 31 and 12/33 rods South from the NE Comer
of the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 12,T31N, R119W, and running thence
South 17 rods 9 feet; thence West 36 rods; thence North 33 rods 14 and 1/2
feet; thence Southeasterly 40 rods, more or less to the Place of Beginning; all
west of the 6th P.M., together with all improvements and water rights.
NO. 2
BEGINNING at a point which is the NE Comer of the SE1/4 of Section 12,
T3 IN, R119W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, thence South 22 rods; thence West
88.8 rods; thence South 18 rods; thence West 231.2 rods; thence North 40
rods; thence East 320 rods to the Point of Beginning, containing 70 acres of
land, together with improvements and water rights.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE FOLLOWING:
BEGINNING at the El/4 Comer of Section 12,T31N, R119W of the 6th P.M.,
and running thence N90°00'W, 320 rods; thence S00°00'E, 6 rods; thence
S90°00'E, 320 rods; thence N00°00'W, 6 rods to the Point of Beginning,
containing 12 acres.
BEGINNING at a point which is 100 feet South of the NE Comer of the
SE 1/4 of Section 12, T31 N, R119W, 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence
South 263 feet, to the NE Comer of the George D. Johnson tract, said NE
Comer being 22 rods South of the NE Comer of the SE1/4 of said Section 12;
thence West along the North boundary line of said George D. Johnson tract,
88 and 8/9 rods to the NW Comer of said Johnson tract; thence North 263
feet; thence East 88 and 8/9 rods to the Point of Beginning, together with all
improvements located thereon and all water rights for the acerage being
conveyed herein under the Dry Creek Irrigation District Pipeline, and
including all oil, gas and mineral rights associated with the described property.

3. That Clara O'Keefe died on January 15, 1999. A copy of the official Certificate of
Death of the said Clara O'Keefe, having been certified by a public authority is hereby
attached and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A" and terminating her interest and title
in the said property.
4. Wendell T. O'Keefe, a/k/a Wendell O'Keefeis the sole owner of said property.
FURTHER, Affiant saith not.
