following described real estate situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State to-wit:

Together with the Agricultural Irrigation and Livestock Watering System

Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions or right-of-ways of record,
of sight or in use.

Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County as Plat No. 100 and that part of the SE¼ of Section
30, T32N R118W, within the Incorporated Limits of the Town of Aflon, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, it being the intent to amend and more correctly describe those tracts of record in
said Office in Book 266 of Photostatic Records on page 605 and page 608, as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest comer of said Lot 4;
thence N02°-00'-14"E, 165.00 feet, along the west line of said Lot 4, to a point on a line
parallel with and offset northerly 165.00 feet (10 rods) of the south line of said Block 13;
